Privacy Policy

You are storing real relationships. We treat them that way.

Kindred helps you prioritize attention, never a person's worth. Someone's value is never set by their capacity, their engagement, or how likely they are to give.

CRMs store information. Kindred rOS creates relational clarity.

Effective August 8, 2026

Your data is yours

Your relationship data belongs to you. Export or delete it whenever you want.

Never sold

We do not sell contact data. Not now, not later.

No surprise outreach

Kindred never contacts your supporters unless you explicitly start it.

Scoring, in its place

Reads prioritize who to reach next. They never rank human worth.

1. What this policy covers

This policy applies to kindredros.com, the Kindred rOS Path & Pool product, and optional sharing or publishing features we make available (together, the “Services”). It explains how Kindred rOS (“Kindred,” “we,” “us”) handles personal information when you visit the site, create an account, book a session, use product features, choose to share content, or connect a third-party account.

2. Information we collect

  • Account information: your email address, password hash, account dates, and sign-in information. Where Google Sign-In is offered, we may receive your name, email address, and profile identifier.
  • Relationship information you provide: names, contact details, notes, outreach history, giving information, relationship stages, C.A.R.E.™ reads, plans, and imported list data.
  • Connected-platform information: identifiers and display names for authorized Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, LinkedIn profiles or organizations, granted permissions, token expiry dates, and encrypted OAuth access tokens.
  • Content you choose to share and related activity: drafts, captions, images, videos, selected destinations, scheduling and approval choices, publishing attempts, platform post identifiers, and error or audit records.
  • Booking and communications: an email address or other information you submit when booking a demo, requesting help, or contacting us.
  • Technical information: ordinary server and security logs, such as IP address, browser or device information, request time, and pages or features used.

We do not buy contact lists or scrape personal relationship data from the open web.

3. How we use information

  • Provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Services.
  • Authenticate users and keep each account’s data separate.
  • Import and organize relationship records, create sorts and plans, and save user-directed activity.
  • Provide optional AI-assisted import and drafting features.
  • At your direction, connect accounts and share or publish content you approve to destinations you select.
  • Schedule sessions, respond to requests, troubleshoot problems, prevent misuse, and comply with law.

Kindred does not sell personal information, use relationship data for behavioral advertising, or contact the people in a user’s list unless the user deliberately initiates that action.

4. AI-assisted features

When you choose an AI-assisted feature, the text or list data needed to complete that request is sent to Anthropic for processing. This can include names, contact details, notes, giving information, or other context you include. Do not submit information you are not authorized to use. AI features propose drafts or mappings for your review; they do not decide C.A.R.E.™ scores, send outreach, approve social posts, or publish on their own.

5. When information is shared

We share information only as needed to operate the Services, follow your instructions, protect the Services, or comply with law. Relevant providers include Fly.io for hosting and storage, Anthropic for optional AI features, Zoho for booking, Google for sign-in, and Meta and LinkedIn when you connect accounts or publish content. Those providers handle information under their own terms and privacy policies. We may also disclose information if required by law or as part of a business transaction, subject to appropriate protections.

6. Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed for the information we hold. Passwords are hashed, connections use HTTPS, access to restricted publishing administration tools is allowlisted, and provider access tokens stored by those tools are encrypted at rest. No system can guarantee absolute security.

We keep account and service data while an account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the Services. We may retain limited security, audit, transaction, or backup records after deletion when required for legal, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or operational purposes. Third-party platforms may retain content or records under their own policies.

Data deletion instructions

7. Access, export, disconnection, and deletion

To request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your information, email jean-claude@kindredros.com from the address associated with your account. Use the subject “Kindred rOS data request” and state whether you want access, export, correction, disconnection, or deletion. If your request concerns Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or Google, identify the connected account or Page.

  1. We will acknowledge the request and may ask for information needed to verify that you control the account.
  2. For a deletion request, we will remove the verified account and associated active-service data, including stored relationship records, connected-platform credentials, and locally stored content, except information we must retain for legal, security, or audit reasons.
  3. We will confirm when the request is complete. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days, unless law permits or requires more time.

You may also revoke Kindred’s access directly in your Google, Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn settings. Revoking access stops future platform access but may not, by itself, delete information already stored by Kindred. Send the email request above if you also want stored data deleted. Removing a connection does not automatically delete posts already published to a third-party platform; delete those posts on that platform or ask us for help identifying them.

8. Children, location, and changes

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. Kindred operates from the United States, and information may be processed in the United States or other places where our providers operate. We may update this policy as the Services change. We will post the updated date here and provide additional notice when a change is material.

Basic Terms of Use

Use Kindred with C.A.R.E.™ for the people in your records.

You may use the Services only lawfully and only with information and connected accounts you are authorized to use. You are responsible for reviewing imports, AI-assisted drafts, approval choices, and content before it is saved, sent, or published. Do not misuse the Services, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, or upload unlawful or infringing content. The Services are provided on an “as available” basis and may change as the product develops. To the extent permitted by law, Kindred is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Services or third-party platforms.

Questions about these terms or this policy can be sent to jean-claude@kindredros.com.
