Relational fundraising should not depend on one person remembering everything. Kindred gives teams enough shared clarity to keep promises, coordinate meaningful work, and learn together, without making private reflection public or turning activity into surveillance.

Give every shared Relationship and commitment a clear steward, return point, and appropriate visibility. A handoff preserves legitimate history, reason, and promises.

Kindred holds discernment, Strategy, preparation, Relational Moves, and shared practice while governed source systems remain authoritative where appropriate.
Reflect without surveillance.
Team administrators can see ownership gaps, unresolved commitments, Season progress, participation, outcomes, and where support is needed. They do not receive private Cass conversations, intimate friendship evidence, or fundraiser-faithfulness rankings.
Learn what is working.
Reporting examines respectful invitation resolution, completed promises, forms of participation, Strategy and method response, waiting or continuity risk, Season learning, and fundraising results without claiming software causation.
The current v1 CRM boundary
Kindred brings forward what you need from the CRM, then returns the right record after the relational work is done. You remain in control of what moves between them.
The current web v1 can import a file of names into a fundraiser's account and lets the fundraiser review the mapped result before saving it. It does not yet provide a live bidirectional CRM connector, automatic write-back, or a self-serve CRM export. Team and Growth implementation can define a governed, human-reviewed handoff; any selected connector, custom mapping, or automated exchange must be separately scoped and tested before it is represented as live.
Shared visibility should help a team care more faithfully, not watch one another more anxiously.
